Standard Orders
For standard, low-weight orders up to 10 kg, shipping is carried out via Geniki Taxydromiki S.A. with the following charges:

Urban areas & mainland destinations: €4

Island destinations: €5.50

Remote/inaccessible areas: €7.50

You can track your order using the 10-digit tracking number (e.g., 0150521000) on the Geniki Taxydromiki website: https://www.taxydromiki.com/track

Medium Orders (10–75 kg) shipping via forwarding partner: : €35
Large Orders (76–146 kg) – shipping via forwarding partner: €150
Extra-Large Orders (147 kg+) – shipping handled individually, €250. Please contact us for details.
- Due to shipping restrictions, detergents and liquids may only be available for store pickup. Please place a separate order if you want other products delivered.
Pick-up from Fourth Dimension Technologies: You may select pickup from our premises. We will inform you once your order is ready for collection, usually on the same day your order has been placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] and we will process the cancellation for you.
- If the order has already been dispatched, you will only be charged the shipping cost.
- If payment has already been completed (via bank transfer or card), the amount will be refunded within one business day.
If you wish to return your order and request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the products.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are issued once we receive the returned items.
