ULTEM 9085 filament is a high-performance thermoplastic with excellent physical and mechanical properties for high-demand and specialty applications using FDM technology. It features a high strength-to-weight ratio, high thermal and chemical resistance, high flexural strength, and meets multiple aerospace and transportation industry standards for flame, smoke and toxicity (FST) characteristics. Available in additional colors beyond standard natural and black, as Stratasys Validated Materials.

ULTEM™ 9085 resin Certified Grade meets more extensive and stringent test criteria and possesses traceability documentation. A Certificate of Analysis enables users to track the filament back to the raw pellet stock. A Certificate of Conformance identifies compliance with approved Stratasys and industry standards.
