1200es 3D Printers
With the largest build size in the Dimension family, the Dimension 1200es 3D Printers have the capacity to create a huge variety of functional 3Dmodels right now, right in your office. You can see and test ideas earlier in the design process, and reach final designs sooner. The Dimension 1200es is available in Breakaway Support Technology (BST) or Soluble Support Technology (SST) versions.
The Dimension SST (Soluble Support Technology) incorporates the same technology as the original Dimension BST (Breakaway Support Technology) and therefore produces the same high-quality ABS and ABSplus models. The difference is that Dimension SST features an automated support removal process.
The designer simply removes the model from the system and places the model into an SST Station. An SST Station is an agitation system that utilizes hot water and a soap bath to automatically wash away the support structures. Essentially, the Dimension SST allows for “hands free” printing. With very little post-processing needed, 3D printing with a Dimension printer is simple and easy.
